Position Summary:
The Principal acts as the Chief Academic Officer of the school and functions as the primary Spiritual and Instructional lead of the school. Rooted in Classical education, the Principal will oversee a Faculty of 12-15 and a Coaching Staff of 2-4.
Founded in 2018, Ozark Catholic Academy, an independent Classical Catholic co-ed school, has a current enrollment of 115 students from a 3-county radius in Northwest Arkansas. Working together with the President, the Principal is responsible for ensuring the continued growth of Ozark Catholic. The Principal is an ex-officio non-voting member of the Governing Board.
Salary is commensurate with experience and based on the local public district. Benefits include 100% Medical for Self, 50% Medical for Dependents, Tuition Remission, 3.5% Retirement contribution, and 12 Days PTO with a rollover feature.
